So, who are Lee and Kin?
Lee and Kin are a combination like no other. When it comes to shows and blogs, many times those that host them are very similar, which means their content sometimes seems like carbon copies. The same can not be said for these two. Kin is outspoken, while Lee is normally a little more laid back. Kin can look at life from the view point of a father and husband, while Lee’s perspective is more along the lines of a bachelor. They met in Austin while attending HT University and their differences are what make them work well together. They don’t always agree, but none of us do. The fact they are not only comfortable in their differences, but embrace them is what’s going to set The Lee and Kin Show apart from others. Different perspectives on various topics will add to the realism of what they bring, but it will also allow a wide range of people to feel their voices are being represented. Lee and Kin will entertain, but they will also educate. The game has officially been changed!
Who is Lee?
Levi Chaney is a young man who was born and raised in Dallas, TX. Anyone who knows Lee understands it is an understatement to say he has a passion for music. Music and entertainment are like Lee’s heartbeats and the air he breathes. They are his passion and every day he shows that. Although his love for entertainment was evident from a very young age, Lee never really knew what he wanted to do with it. At 28 years old, Lee has said “I just wanted to provide for my family and friends and help those in our communities.” And now, through hard work, determination and faith in God, Lee has been put in a position to do just that.
Providing an education to our youth, and those in our neighborhoods doesn’t have to be a boring, monotonous task. Just as entertaining those same people has to be void of any valuable life lessons. Lee is out to prove that.
Who is Kin?
Kin Eaton is a 28 year old husband and proud father of four. He was born in Los Angeles, California and was raised there until the age of 11 when his family relocated to Houston, TX. As a child, Kin was always the type to speak his mind about any and every subject. Often times his views were overlooked simply because of his age. Time changes things, though. Now, as an adult, Kin feels he has to continue to speak out about things that are important to him and that will impact our communities. “Heavy is the head that wears the crown” and Kin strongly believes we will NOT be able to raise a nation of kings and queens if we don’t realize we are responsible for each other. We are truly our brother’s keeper and it is our duty to use our platforms to positively influence those around us, not just for our generation, but for generations to follow.
